        After having an initial consultation with this company and informing the designer that I was on a tight deadline, she agreed to go away and get back to me with a scheme within the next two weeks. After 3 weeks and 2 phone calls to the company to chaise, I had received nothing. After finally getting through to the designer she promised to send some info for me to look at straight away. I didn't receive anything for another week and when I received an email all it was, was a quote to say her services cost 80 per hour. I then asked her to go ahead however 1 month later I am still waiting for design proposals or any communication whatsoever. This is two months after the original consultation. This company has wasted my time. If I had on known that they didn't want to do the job I could have had the works completed by now but instead I have had to move into an incomplete property. Very poor service in my opinion.
