My young daughter went in to buy something today, within five minutes went back as she got the wrong size ( not shops fault) . No problem getting the correct size but shop refused to give her the difference in price back. Not good customer service at all. Her package was not opened, item was as it was sold to her. Literally walked out of the door and noticed mistake. Not kind at all! I understand its a business, but long term not good business sense. Top it all, got item home to find it doesn't work! Shop clearly says no refunds. I explained to her to be careful where she buys and stick to known companies, she learnt her lesson. Buy slightly more expensive elsewhere, that gives you a receipt and will refund should there be a problem. I certainly wouldn't shop at this place

Very good shop, they seem to have everything you could possibly need in there. Very helpful and friendly staff too 10/10
