I always have a great experience when attending VapePit in Caterham and I think this is mainly because most if not all of the staff that work there make you feel like anything you need help with is no bother at all since they put you at ease. The whole experience from being able to relax and vape in the shop, to being able to trust the staff and knowing that the shop always has good quality/ a good variety of stock available with new deals every week makes the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you're ever in doubt, the staff can be relied upon to give reliable & honest feedback on what's hot and what's not, and as they get to know you, can offer personal advice on what they feel will suit you best based on their large range of...everything a vape shop tends to have in store (pods, mods, tanks, atomisers, coils, liquids etc!) They are the experts, and although cost-wise, VapePit is more expensive compared to what you might get on some sites online, or in some smaller independent shops or off-licences, that well-known saying; you get what you pay for certainly comes true once you've paid a visit to VapePit in Caterham.

Ordered some coils and juice, over the phone due to the Covid scare, quick and easy ordering and payment A couple of hours later home delivery service. Just brilliant service, impressed.
