        The atmosphere in the salon is absolutely fantastic, very clean, bright and welcoming. All of the staff members were very friendly, accommodating and kind. The procedure I got is the Crown Smoothing Treatment and I am so very happy with the results. I got it done a few weeks ago, and it has stood the test of multiple washes, humidity and the rain. My hair has been completely frizz free, sniny and smooth; pretty much everything I've ever wanted! I am so so grateful, and I will definitely be back!

        Don't book with Touch. I tried calling on the day of my appt to rearrange because I paid a deposit and they were really rude and said I can't rearrange. They were not understanding at all. So pls don't book with them. I have never heard of a hairdresser to act like this and not be understanding.

      Hi Rianna, thank you for your review. Please note the Stylist you booked with is Freelance (and not a Touché employee) - she decided not to return your deposit due to the short notice you gave to cancel your appointment. And, just to confirm, most salons (and small businesses) would not return a deposit if you cancel within hours of your appointment, as it leaves no time to find a paying customer to fill the gap (we take deposits from new clients for this precise reason).
