Very annoying. On two occasions, in late May 2023, on the to good to go app, they advertised magic bags that I paid for and turned up at the allotted time for. Except they were closed on both occasions. They were actually closed well ahead of the times advertised on both the door and the website! The bags were only 3 each so not that bothered but its the principle. The staff member in there saw me outside and just gestured (in my view kind of rudely) at me to go away. Will never use Caff Nero Caterham ever again!!!! Actually quite annoyed.

Only 1 person working-2 others had rung in sick. This young man who worked was outstanding-calm, courteous and professional despite him having zero break whatsoever. I could not praise him enough-hopefully someone from Nero is reading this and passes this feedback on to the young man-who deserves the utmost respect and credit.
