        TERRIBLE! went for my brows today been going here for years, had a thread and a tint which I always pay 15/16 pounds for. Was told to pay 23 pounds, after complaining she did let me pay 20, but I told her Ive always paid 15/16 maximum and asked when the price went up? Her response is thats never been the price which is a lie. Ive been going here since I was 16 Im now 22. She told me and others threading was 8 pounds when on the door it clearly has a poster saying 5 pounds. My brows are honestly disgusting I could have done a better job at home they look so blocky and shes left them so uneven I now have to go and sort them out elsewhere. Wont use again. Never seen these ladies before either.

        I've been using brow buzz for quite a while. I've always gone out of my way to go there for my eyebrow waxing as i live in oxted. Today was the last straw for me. I had a look online before leaving the house to double check what time the shop closed and i made sure i was there with plenty of time. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. Eyebrow waxing takes 5 minutes. When i arrived, the door was locked and the woman was sweeping the floor. I asked for a simple eyebrow wax and she shook her head and turned away. The worst customer service for a loyal customer.
