I had one of their drivers intimidating me on the M5 near Worcester tonight. Despite being on the section that was 50mgh I was doing 48 and unfortunately he came right up behind me and put his lights on full beam until I moved. Very alarming behaviour. Clearly wasnt happy at how slow I was driving or in the wrong lane so decided to intimidate me until I moved.

We used them for a delivery as part of the Palletways network. We paid for a premium next day AM service, as the consignment was urgent. It took until 4pm that day to get an answer admitting that the delivery wouldn't happen. Our customer now won't receive their goods until the following working day (we hope). Fingers crossed it doesn't cause too much of a knock-on effect.
