A nice cut however the lady's attitude was extremely rude. When I went to collect my dog she opened the door and instantly said 'We won't be having your dog back again as she was quite hard work'. I was shocked and said I'd never had a problem with her being groomed before to which she replied 'Well you'd better take her back there!' My dog is almost 2 years old and has been groomed many times without a problem. I was also charged 10 more than quoted and the lady had a conversation with a passerby on the street while using the card machine to take my payment. Surprisingly, she rang me a short while after I returned home to apologise for her attitude but still stressed she felt sorry for my dog who appears not to like being groomed. I repeated that I've never had a problem before. Maybe this lady needs to think carefully about her poor customer service. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude, unkind and hurtful and I would not recommend.
