Oven Shine

Firstly I can't speak to the quality of their work as no work was done, it may well be excellent. I asked them to clean the range cooker and was quoted a good price of 90 and a date and rough time was arranged. I told them there was a good chance no-one would be in and where the spare key was. When the man arrived he called me at work and I talked him through how to get into the house. He parked on the drive and took the pan supports off, placing them 6 feet from the back of his van before going inside to get water to start cleaning. When my wife came home with the kids she had to reverse on to the drive to park and went over the pan supports left there. My wife went inside and told him what had happened and his reponse was "It's not my fault, I need to call my manager" packed the van and drove off. 6 calls and 2 voicemails later I was called back and, whilst extremely helpful with advice on where to buy replacement pan supports and always courteous, was told this was not their responsilbility and they wouldn't be paying anything towards replacement and he was amazed at my attitude on asking. As I said at the beginning their work may well be excellent, but I won't be able to find out as I'm extremely disappointed with their response to damage caused by what I see to be their negligence.

Hate cleaning the oven. So having a nice man come and do it for me is the best. Beautifully clean and no mess.

Steve did an amazing job on our range oven. Looks like new. He had his work cut out has my partner loves to cook. It was so bad it would normally set the smoke alarm off. But Steve worked him magic. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
