This is not a good place to work, they consistently dismiss employees with little reasoning and no warning. In my 5 months of employment I saw at least 10 people come and go, everyone is expendable. I lost my job due to a certain supervisor telling lies about me to the management. Unlike other colleagues I was given no extension to my probation and never received any real reasons for why I was fired. I contacted there HR dept multiple times to no avail. The company does not take racism seriously, the warehouse manager tried to save the job of a woman who was a known trouble maker, and who two other employees heard making racist comments. The job is easy and pays well but there is a reason for that, expect to be shouted at if youre caught talking during the day shift. Meanwhile managers can stop and talk for as long as they please, its one rule for them and another for everyone else. I could go on but Ive already wasted enough of my time on this pathetic excuse of an employer, approach with caution.

I have worked at gardiners for a numerous of years now and can honestly say I have loved it. The people I work with have definitely made it worth while during busy periods aswell as the support I have received from the team and management.
