Badley run Zero Hours. Often agency workers booked for week have priority and Zero hours workers are short-timed. Disrespect by staff for Zero Hours workers. Never supplied with safety boots. Can wait up to 6 weeks for pay. Holiday credits not always paid. No admission to pension scheme. Never shown fire exits or rest room, took 3 months to discover that there was a rest room. (We signed bits of paper not to be laid off). Zero hours workers are short timed on days they are supposed to have training and then told off for not being able to do updated work. Zero hours workers are often told off for no reason at all and when they react are then laid off. An example of a family run business where the family directors live upstairs and never listen to the employees.
