        Terrible experience! No Customer Care. Ordered online for more than 2k of much urgently needed items. Opted for next day delivery. One week later and only one item was shipped. No one on their Customer care team was able to assist. Calls were not returned and promises not kept. They have put us in a terrible situation. Highly disappointing.
