        Geoffrey Isitt at Ward Howard performed a structural survey for us. We since discovered multiple omissions and inaccuracies in the survey, and when querying this were met with a very rude response. Ultimately we had to extend our complaint to the ombudsman, who ruled in our favour on all points.
