Steve the fitter was punctual and tidy-the carpets look amazing. Easily beat quotes and timescales of other local carpet companies. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Good service and good prices. I felt that my ideas for what I had in mind were listened to and then appropriate suggestions were made. I was able to look through these choices without pressure. Getting a quote was as easy as knowing the size of the room and what carpet I wanted. For trickier spaces to measure they also will measure your room for you, which saves a lot of trouble. Really nice place as just as much choice as the big guys.

Excellent and professional service very knowledgeable and helpful Staff. Mike was very welcoming and helpful in choosing a carpet for our flat, he allowed us to take away samples. His fitter Steve was excellent arrived on time with the carpet and did a wonderful job. We later had mats made up with left over pieces, these again we done to perfection and with in week. Highly recommend this business.

Highly recommend, so helpful and welcoming, great choice and expert advice. UPDATE: Just had my daughters bedroom carpet fitted and it is gorgeous, fitter was very friendly and super speedy. Thank you all for such a wonderful job and within a week from start to finish, I will definitely be back when we need new flooring elsewhere.

Terrible customer service as of recent. Have spent 1000's here over past few years. Never will I buy anything again. Staff are rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic with no intent on giving good customer service.
