        I've given this experience four instead of five stars because the waitress forgot to give us dessert cutlery. For the rest, my wife and I were pleased with the Crown's atmosphere, Chris' hospitality and our dinner's quality - in particular the delicious tartare sauce!

        We were halfway on a 50 mile bike ride and stopped here for a bite a lovely welcome and yummy food! Had fun playing one of Johns guitars too! Thanks John, Amanda and Becky.. see you again!

        Was recommended by the people we hired a holiday cottage from. Dropped in for evening meal and it was beautiful. The burgers were clearly homemade and excellent, and I discovered a new Czech lager. 10/10, no notes
