Husbands Bosworth Medical Centre

I am shocked at some of the reviews which is why I'm leaving this one. The receptionists are always very professional and friendly and do their best to help. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even when I call on the day. The Dr I see is also fantastic. Everything is spotless, one of the best medical centres I've ever been to and an absolute credit to one of the greatest health services in the world and I've lived in other countries where you pay a lot more for a lot less.

Every time I phone up the receptionists are very rude. They speak over you and even reply when you ask a question saying yeah thats what Im saying very Vicky pollard unfortunately! Still not got an answer to my question as they simply speak over me saying they cant help! New experience: finally got into the appointment, the doctor claimed seeing patients all day is annoying, laughed at my severe symptoms and said Im imagining it and overthinking it despite being told by hospital I need an MRI referral from GP urgently.

Wife phoned up today to book flu jab and although she is vulnerable was refused an told they are only doing over 70s. Woman was rude arrogant an had the customer service skills of a house brick. What a rude arrogant woman.

Dr Saeed has always gone above and beyond for my sometimes difficult father. This includes arranging phone calls and meetings with us adult children as dads dementia gradually worsens. He is tactful, empathetic, curious, exploratory, supportive, listening and has well-measured advice. A pleasure and a privilege to have this health centre help dad.
