I popped into the station simply to purchase a couple of items from the shop (no fuel). I was ignored by the employee replenishing the store, not great - does not take much to morning. Then at the cashier desk I was treated by a lady who was having a personal conversation on their mobile, she the Scanned items and screeched out the cost whilst still rudely having her private conversation. Totally and utterly rude behaviour, on a scale of 1-10 for customer service, I would have to say negative 10. In the past, most Thursday mornings I pop in and grab something and am greeted by a friendly, jolly member of staff, sadly I do not know her name, but she is a real asset.

Filthy, dirty BP petrol station,but fuel overpriced by 20p!!! Please avoid if you can, terribly filthy, expensive and only one employee to manage it!!!
