        3 months later and still have not repaired my laptop or responding to my emails.

        Bob came and fixed my issue within a few days and the issue was sorted in person in 20 mins. Polite, helpful, cant recommend enough!

        I would give them zero rating if there was an option! I sent my PC for repair, after a month they "repaired" the PC and sent it back to me, I opened the box and found the case was damaged on the top. I pluged in the pc and the problem seems to have remained! The boot time is like it is a pre 2000 system! It takes a few minutes to start. The ethernet connection doesnt work which is one of the issues I sent it for repair. I restarted the pc and it took 5 minutes to restart. I can't see the issues have been rectified except that it was just restored to factory setting which I could do myself. This is shocking! Avoid these guyes by all means.Terrible service. You better go to your local PC repair, they will do a much better job.

        Trying to organise a repair was shocking experience, the person who came out did an excellent job but the email response and organisation is the worst I have come across in a long time. Also I tried using them for an upgrade - they flat refused to do, didn't want my money it seems.

        my pc broke on the 15th December (psu) took them until the 5th jan to collect it, its now the 25th jan and they have only just ordered the part. worst company i have dealt with! UPDATE: they was ment to dispatch my pc but sent me someone elses pc
