From going to Timbawoods factory to look at the products my experience was excellent, my client had looked at many manufacturers for bi-fold doors, thankfully she chose Timbawood, they look great, work well and after sales is excellent, Rob came over and sorted a slight movement problem straight away, many thanks see you on the next job

Timbawood have done an exceptional job supplying 2 new sash windows and 6 replacement casement windows. The quality is so good that I now want to replace the windows in the entire house. Vasile and Cezar have been very hard-working, considerate and polite and have aimed for perfection in their finish. It's great to know that the windows were made in Timbawood's west London factory and they let customers visit the factory to see for themselves. I would unreservedly recommend this supplier and it speaks volumes that they were recommended to us by a local building firm (4C) well known for their high quality work and finish.

Ordered a replacement set of French doors from Timbawood. Whole process from quoting to fitting was seamless and very easy. Cezar and Yasile arrived on time to undertake the fitting, friendly, did a brilliant job, and kept everything tidy too. From what I can tell at the moment the doors look perfect, time will tell everything holds up alright, but I've got no reason to think otherwise. Would recommend!

Poor installation and window quality (defected windows). Damaged lead work and fit back with kitchen silicon. Gaps everywhere, cill and architraves are moving when touch with a hand. Full installation is flimsy. Windows scratched everywhere. Window does not stay closed without using lock. Sash is too small for the frame and wobbling inside. Window cant be closed with one hand. Very poor... We were so exited about our new two (7k) windows and now sitting in stress and feel misarable. Why did you do this to us? Company communication style is bulling. After we raised an issue, suddenly everyone become unreachable and out of office. They put a note on our project that we can talk to anyone with permission from the board of directors. ps: we ordered two windows, installers installed one in one day and told us that they finished inside (I have cctv). The second day was allocated for the second window - obviously after checking first window quality, damage to the lead work etc. we called the company next morning to sent someone around to record defects, damage etc.

Timbawood replaced all the sash windows in our house over a period of 3 years. They provided an excellent service throughout. Their surveyor was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The windows were all manufactured to a high standard and on time. Installation was carried our swiftly and with minimum disruption, including in tiled bathrooms where no tiles were broken removing the old windows and installing the new ones. The installers were friendly and approachable and did not hesitate to return a few days after the installation to tidy up a couple of very minor cosmetic problems. I found Timbawood's quote very competitive and they were good enough to hold it over the 3 years it took to complete all stages of the installation. Timbawood staff are a pleasure to deal with and any requests I have had (eg to supply a new bolt to replace faulty one) have been acted on swiftly and effectively. In short, my experience with Timbawood over recent years has been highly satisfactory and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality, competitive and responsive window installation.
