Absolutely useless. I was told by the receptionist 2 days ago to call them to book an appointment for get a sick note. Called them at 8:30 and I am told to call the next day. Unbelievable.

I have been with this so called surgery for nine years I call up at 8.30 as told and 5 minutes later it talk to reception and they are full I've tried for an appointment for 3 days now its ridiculous.surely after 5 minutes they are not full there is alway only 1 receptionists answering the phones and one call for them takes 3 minutes it's getting worse if uou are looking for doctors surgery don't come here they even turn away under5's witch they are not allowed to do

The Worst Surgery around this area, all ignorant and lack of empathy, they don't examine you, all they tell you is to buy pain killer, avoid.

Always had the help and advice I have needed, everyone is always willing to help, friendly receptionists and nice Doctors, Ive been with this practice on and off for 40 years. Havent had better anywhere else. I wonder if people know that you can actually report the good things about this practice as people seem only to put their moans.
