Robbie repaired my ancient washing machine last week. He arrived right on time and replaced the faulty part very quickly. He was a pleasure to talk to and the work was carried out at a very reasonable cost saving me a lot of money for a new machine. Shocking experience from this handyman. Charged us for a dishwasher repair which he didnt repair. After one use the same issue happened again. He turned up after a week, did some checking behind the dishwasher panel and said its fixed. Asked him if he gives warranty and he said no, its fixed. His attitude was very arrogant and unprofessional, the dishwasher was on a test run when he just decided to leave. After the test run, the dishwasher was blocked with an error code showing on the screen. I called him telling him he didnt fix it, he hanged up then blocked me.
