        Bluebird care is one of the best home care, the carers are very kind, polite, professional and punctual.the management team are all new and all customers are satisfied and very pleased with the hard work they provide. They ensure the customer is respected,safe and a good quality of care is received. I would definitely recommend bluebird Hounslow & Chiswick if you looking for support to you loved one .

        No management skills, the manager Halina Caswell is very unprofessional, has poor adequate and is mannerless and all they want is your money. They will send you sick carers (unwell) I really feel sorry for their staff. I have taken my parents elsewhere. Don't waste your money and time with these illiterate people!

        Carers are first class, office staff are approachable and flexible with rotas Im contacted regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly and updated on time slots if necessary. Excellent service, cant complain.
