Muzaana Care services provided care for my sister. Initially it was care to support my sister, who was a cancer patient and needed support in the mornings with breakfast and some household chores. It then turned to palliative care for end of life care. Pauline, Liana, Kim and Ranata were amazing. They were professional in their care, with such sensitivity & personal touch, it was as though they were caring for their own family member. They made my sister comfortable with dignity bearing in mind my sister's needs, wants and personality. Everything was done centered around my sister. They even supported us as a family with their guidance, kind words and empathy. I highly recommend Muzaana Care services. I could carry on writing so much more about how great their service is. Although words will bever be ebough for how and what you guys did for our sister, we thank each and everyone in your team who took care of our beloved sister Carry on doing the great work that you do Rabia

Never giving full marks, I was pleased that the service was kind and responsive; we learnt from each other and appreciated the careful selection of staff and training given to them. Our parent felt safe and well cared for. The team are skilled with flexible, gentle, imaginative, problem-solving, and understanding ways. Their personalised, nursing skills were good, too. I very much appreciate that our mother was listened to, and supported in her final years, during the pandemic. Hygiene and cleanliness were well managed, which was important to her. Muzaana Care Services were also very pleasant towards us. We love you and are most grateful indeed. Thank you very much.

Muzaana Care Services looked after my Aunt, Joan, in the last 2 years of her life. Joan loved Paulina and her girls and always looked forward to their visits. Once 24 hour care was required it was good for the family to know that Joan was comfortable and cared for. A live-in carer was assigned to Joan, along with 1 - 2 other girls to assist her on a regular basis. These girls were so good with her and always had a smile on their faces. (It's worth noting for cost purposes that a monthly food allowance needs to be paid for the live-in Carer, in addition to their hourly rate.) Things were obviously made quite difficult for everyone in 2020 with the arrival of the pandemic and it wasn't always easy to obtain an update from the live-in Carer following doctors visits, etc. However, Paulina remained approachable and was always willing to step in where required. Muzaana dealt with all hygiene issues surrounding Covid very well, supplying hand gel and PPE where appropriate. As none of us in the family were familiar with the procedures involved when arranging care for someone, (outside of Muzaana), it was a complete shock to discover how difficult it was to liaise with the palliative care team and CCG. Things took forever to arrange for Joan, and we never received the amount that Paulina believed Joan to be entitled to from them. (To anyone considering 24 hour care, please note that you don't always get the equivalent of care home payments from the CCG when the person in question is being cared for at home. Sorry to talk about the money side of things here, but it is a very important aspect when considering full term care for a loved one.) In conclusion, I would thoroughly recommend Paulina's services and I know that Joan was well looked after by her, (& was happy to be looked after by her), even at the very end of her life. Thank you so much to Paulina and her girls for all your kindness and for the dignity you afforded our Joan at the time it was most needed.
