I was firstly greeted by a very friendly lady sitting at the desk who got me the help I needed very promptly. I got some Lino from this shop and a lovely gentleman named Akash was very kind and helpful. He took the time to help me measure and cut out the amount I needed where I was unsure on measurements and didnt have the tools to do myself at home. I highly recommend them as they have such lovely service here. Thank you!

Contacted on Monday for a carpet measurement for my infirm mother. Promised they'd go around shortly as property is just across road. I called Tuesday and they'd forgotten but would do it now. I called Wednesday, they'd forgotten again but promised to do it today and call back. I called Thursday. Yes they've been out and measured and will call back in 5 minutes. That was over 7 hours ago. I've given up. They are unreliable.

Lots of stock and lots to choose from. Great quality flooring at great prices. Great customer service too.

Excellent service from Paul at Carpet World. We were let down by another shop who told us the day before delivery was due that our product was out of stock and we were in a tight spot because our installation was booked for a few days later. Paul offered to look through all of the products he had and send photos of products we might like which had a similar profile to our original product. He even offered to get samples sent to us by a van on the same day as we couldnt make it to the shop. This level of service doesnt really exist any more and we were so impressed. We ultimately managed to get our original product sourced elsewhere, so we didnt purchase from Carpet World, but I will absolutely ensure we visit them for future projects in our house.
