We at Lavender Green Flowers are constantly impressed with FleuraMetz. Ian and his team are always on hand to deliver the highest graded product, and on a near daily basis! They have sustainability at the front of all that they do with us, and we feel confident that they are able to trace each stem back to a sensible grower, no matter where in the world that grower may be. Highly recommend to all florists.

A special shoutout to the "area manager" Ian - a man whose idea of customer service is to call female patrons "cute", and who implements a truly bizarre "you touch it, you buy it" policy. In a business selling flowers. Where the buying process necessitates tactility and physical inspection. What an incredibly low bar he sets for his establishment and his staff. There is a way to speak to customers that involves tact, politeness, social-awareness, nuance, empathy, and kindness. Unfortunately Ian isn't possessed of any of these fundumentally human facets. Poor.

We have just started using FleuraMetz London and have been more than impressed. As a new start up company, they have gone above and beyond to help us. Fred is super lovely and always available to answer any questions. Quality flowers and a wide range of lovely sundries. Would 100% recommend!

Awful customer service by a lady who said was a manager in this cash & carry. No people skills and just rude, we went to this shop around Valentines Day and all the staff members were running around like a headless chicken not even acknowledging anyone in store and pushing people around. My partner went to the till to pay and I was just looking around, the lady said to me that I wont be able to purchase after that transaction in such a harsh and ruthless tone. After a while of conversation she asked us to leave the store by pointing the finger at us. Never experienced anything like it in my life, the lady was so vile and shouldnt be allowed near those beautiful flowers with all that negative energy.

Best flower supplier ever! Flowers were delivered promptly, ordering was super easy and customer service is 5 stars. You have easy access to thousands of kinds of flower material and sundries. I am grateful for I have found them and will continue to use them as my supplier!
