Funeral flowers order was cancelled one day before the delivery date by Handy Flowers, still no sign of refund or any response to my email requests almost one month later. Pure con artists

If i could record a minus rating i would! Placed a rather large order for my step dads funeral and they emailed 3 days before to inform me after taking payment they are not unable to deliver! As its now Easter weekend i will be unable to order from anywhere else in time for the funeral!!! Thankyou for making a very stressful time even harder!!!!

Do not order here!!!! They sent a cheaper bouquet than I'd ordered! I confronted them and haven't heard anything from them. I ordered through a different website that had good reviews and ended up here at handy flowers. If you order here you're going to be disappointed in any way possible

Delivered someone else's funeral wreath to my mother, instead of some sympathy flowers, the day before my fathers funeral. Phone number is unobtainable, and they do not answer emails or social media messages. To make matters worse, the card read as if my mother had died. Despicable behaviour from a company that should understand they will be dealing with people at sensitive times in their lives. I feel equally sorry for the people expecting a wreath for their funeral, and ended up with a bunch of flowers. AVOID THIS "COMPANY" AT ALL COSTS.

Wow dont even know where to start, ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday on Thursday and its Monday next week and no sign of them, no community at all as they dont answer their phones or respond to emails. spent 80 on the flowers itself and 15 on delivery. Do not order from them at all
