Finally a local company taking pride in their work. I had to screed a 40m2 area with different substrates and depths, so not the easiest of the jobs. The guys at OGS prepared the substrates without making any mess as they use proper tools with an industrial extraction system. Then they screeded the floor to an exceptional standard: it is flat and levelled everywhere, even in corners. It will be very easy to tile this floor being perfectly levelled. They also use premium material from trusted brands that I use myself, they don't go cheap. When the work was completed they cleaned everything and left the place and garden spotless. I then received a courtesy call from Oz, the company director for advice on drying times and reassuring me that for any problem I could call them. He also offered to come down in a few weeks to check the drying process with an hygrometer so confirm when the screed is ready to be tiled. Overall this was one of the best experiences with building professionals. If you need a screed, don't break your back, call the pros at OGS and you won't regret it.
