        Recently I had an issue with my Brother laser printer, which I could not solve. I delivered the printer to PKS, who diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue and double checked for other issues. The printer now works like new, all of this completed at a very reasonable cost and a quick turn around. I personally wish to thank Brian for taking his time to explain and show me what the issue was. I'd certainly recommend PKS to anyone that required such services.

        Brian at PKS sorted out four printers for me that needed either repair or servicing due to poor printing quality. Having accepted that there are few people you can go to to repair printers I was very pleased to have discovered PKS, recommended by Brother, but my printers were HP, Brother and Cannon - and all sorted perfectly. Other advice was on hand, which I was grateful for.
