End to end process was very structured and simple with regular contact from Carwow by both email and WhatsApp. Car collection and payment was equally painless. Would highly recommend Blackstone Motors (Omar Butt) for his teams flexibility in agreeing a convenient collection date and a competitive bid.

Put all that to one side, the car we went to see was the real deal. They have a lot of nice cars and this one was no exception. Well presented vehicle, nothing bad to say about its condition at all.
We however won't be buying from this dealership, the fact the car is priced 4000 higher than a BMW dealership for exactly the same spec car (I did a side by side comparison), the fact that the BMW dealership offers a 12month BMW Dealership warranty and they have multiple dealerships with their own service centres and are conveniently located all around the country and at best they offer a 12month second hand car warranty through a third party which we would have had to pay for additionally and then send to a local garage.
Blackstone's whole premise for selling cars at a higher price is down purely to the high spec level (as we were told numerous times) and they wouldn't consider price reduction to be competitive. Combine this with the fact we would end up going to a BMW garage to have it serviced in order to maintain "the spec level and dealership service history" that they are charging a premium for in the first place makes buying from them rhetorical and expensive with no main dealership comeback.
For what is a 66 000 car, in my opinion, it would be a massive mistake and foolish to spend this kind of money with what appears to be a great car that is overpriced and has little or no comeback should something go wrong.
They did however offer a reasonable price for our BMW trade in (BMW did offer us a more) it was however a fair price. I wish them the best of luck with their business model and hope they are successful.
