Waste of time. Arrived 10 minutes early for a simple safety check that had been booked in only to spend 50 minutes waiting around for no reason and watching the short fat bearded worker sweeping the floor for 40 mins. Ended up leaving without the check being done.

Very disappointed with the Feltham Branch, Ive given them a few chances to improve since last year unfortunately each visit has got from bad to worst. In the last 12 months Ive brought my wifes car and as Im a car dealer a number of my own cars. The main thing for me is CUSTOMER SERVICE it seems things have declined since the last manager left so I wont go on a rant secondly over charging, one of my vehicles needed some work done to it so I asked them for a quote on the work including parts and told it would little over 900 which I thought way to high and so I took it to my local garage and they charged me 360. There are more things that I could tell you about but its too long any way from visiting Feltham minimum 5 times a year after using them for about 10years now I decided to take my business elsewhere.
