Phoned this morning to ask if they have a carpet joining tape. Heat adhesive one to join two carpet pieces. They said they do. Drove 40 minutes. To be told they dont/ they thought I meant a Door Bar! Would have asked for a door bar if I needed one. Disappointing they didnt listen to a simple request and just assumed I meant door bar even though I clearly stated need carpet joining tape. Heat adhesive. 2 hours wasted driving to this location.

Got a quote which I was happy with and carpets & lino laid within a week. Fitters turned up on time, friendly, quick & tidy job, I would definitely recommend New Golden carpets to anyone. Gurwin in the shop dealt with my order, emailed a quote, confirmed the day before fitting & a half hour warning before the fitters arrived, thanks Gurwin. Professional & competitive, quality customer service.

Very good service in the shop; knowledgable, polite and willing to answer any questions. Very reasonably priced. Fitters were professional, quick and also experienced and all of this shows in the final product. Great all round Will be coming back for the rest of the house.
