Excellent customer service. As a first time buyer, I had very little knowledge of process of buying a new home. Thanks to Marina, things were explained thoroughly and she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Her professionalism made me feel really comfortable and I could not have asked for a better person to help assist me in securing my dream home and i have recommended Barnard Marcus to my friends as well

I am selling my house through Barnard Marcus in Feltham and could not be more pleased with the service so far. Evan and karim are outstanding, very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Karim has been doing most of my viewings and is very good at his job. As a group I would not hesitate to recommend zbarnard Marcus to sell you property. They are such team together.

I appointed Barnard Marcus (Feltham Branch)to support the sale of my house, I expected the basic level of customer service this firm is famous for, however I was left extremely disappointed. I remain available for the regional/area manager to make contact with me to disclose some of the issues I encountered. I would not recommend this company if planning to use them to sell a house. To date no one from Barnard Marcus has made contact with me.. dreadfully for their brand..do not use! Still no contact after 9 months from a regional manager to discuss the issues encountered.theyre clearly not keen on listening to customers feedback on their local branches (Feltham) performance.
