Safa is excellent. Quickly gets to the root of the problem and dispenses expert advice and practical help. The treatment worked brilliantly and the advice and after care is very good. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Superb!

I wish I could give more stars, cos Safa is a very knowledgeable, frank and chatty guy, very professional, gives you the full allocated time, but sadly, even after 6 sessions, my sciatica-type pain was still very much there. No reduction at all, so I went to try another physio.

Safa was recommended to me via a sporting colleague. I had a very serious disruption with my lower back and upper leg, Safa was able to isolate and address the issue with expert knowledge and perfect hands on acupuncture and massage treatment. He was able to identify the muscle issues through his experience, without me having to point them out. I Have been a semi professional footballer and boxer and a professional in MMA. During my 20 or so active years, I have been lucky (or unlucky) enough to experience time with dozens of physios. Some with outstanding records; Physios who have worked with Usain Bolt, physios who have worked with the highest level of fighters in the UK and physios who have worked with Bayern Munich. I have no problem with stating that Safa is by far the best physio I have had the pleasure of working with during my sporting career.

Safa's work is incredible. Very professional knowledgeable l and makes me feel comfortable. I had need to see physio and do not regret choosing Safa. Leg and back issues were not an issue for Safa, he tackled the problem with diligence and care. Now I feel how I did pre injury. Respect Safa
