        Friendly, technically great, and always a good session. The club is currently (April 2022) running classes 7.15pm Mon and Wed, 7pm Tuesday, and 10.45am on Saturday. Classes are 1hr technical and then optional (for you) 45 mins sparring. Begginers and advanced welcome.
