    UPS turned out to be one of the most useless and high-handed large companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Just over a month ago I paid for Express Saver delivery (delivery in 1-3 business days, in-house customs clearance) of a laptop from the UK to Ibiza island, Spain; before the laptop weas picked up I filled in the 3 copies of the customs declaration as required. The shipment was picked up on time and arrived in Barcelona the next day where it stayed for over 2 weeks. After 2 days of noticing it was still in Barcelona and had not moved on, I contacted UPS and was told the Spanish customs needed more information and/or forms about the recipient and shipment; this was given but the shipment still stayed where it was. A week later, I contacted UPS again who asked for more information and/or forms for customs and some information that had already been given (twice before in some cases) but still the shipment stayed where it was. A day later, I formally complained to UPS and, by a curious coincidence, the same day Spanish customs released the shipment and it was allowed to continue to Ibiza arriving a few days later. At no time during this period were UPS proactive in expediting the delivery by requesting from us information along the lines of Please provide X for Spanish customs to allow us to pass the shipment for delivery. We were always the ones asking what they needed to continue the delivery process, and if we had not asked the laptop could be sitting in Barcelona to this day. UPS maintain that it was Spanish customs that caused the hold-up and (be aware!) are not responsible for any consequential losses due to the delay. (We had to source another laptop to replace the one that had not arrived.) While I can believe the it was Spanish customs that were the ultimate cause of the delay, UPS refuse to accept any responsibility for the lack of communication with us or errors that caused the hold up, and as a consequence we will not be receiving a goodwill gesture from them.

    Worst experience. My parcel no. is 1Z222V057998141766 . First time I odered something thru UPS. I Odered on & pay 20 extra for next day delivery but it took 5-6 days. And I got something just after two days which is just one product from my whole parcel & whole parcel still left. You should have to deliver all together. And the horrible thing is delivery guy came yesterday to my door then he asked me to pay 412 which is parcel amount & speaks rudely & i told him just wait for 2 minutes & let me bring money to pay you. When i came back to door he gone from there. Then i checked him on the street & he start his van & just ran quickly without any response or any note left. Also afterwards i tried to track my parcel & that was showing the reason that i refused to take the delivery. How can he put this excuse that i refused. Its so rude and horrible experience. Atleast, your staff should listen carefully first & needs patience during working hours. & Im still worrying about my parcel.

    I think this got to be the worst delivery company I ever dealt with! I did more miles to chase my parcel from access points than a delivery driver. Got a we missed you letter being at home. Horrible service !!

    I wish I could go lower. Every single delivery that is done by UPS always end up saying that a delivery attempt was made. I work from home and there is someone always home as well. Terrible delivery service and terrible customer service

    Two alleged deliveries which were fake. CCTV shows that at the alleged times of attempted delivery no person came onto my premises. I would never recommend them
