I contacted Max ( director of TipTop builder ) upon the recommendation from a colleague. I hired a builder via Checkatrade and the builder took 20,000 and did not show up. My experience with Max was completely different; he is trustworthy, professional and the standard of workmanship is high. I left the house in his hands and he turned it into my dream home. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Max converted a bedroom into a bathroom, plus renovating another bathroom and adding some under stairs storage. All 3 jobs look superb and the workmanship is clearly very, very good. Everything was discussed and all costs were clearly explained and agreed. They are all very professional and friendly and I will definitely be asking them to quote for our kitchen renovation and installation. I really recommend you consider them for all types of building work.

Max and his team were simply AMAZING! Over the course of nearly 3 months they pretty much transformed our 500 yrs old listed cottage with attention to detail, professionalism and impeccable skills. They were clear with costings, fairly and competitively priced and the few areas where our house renovations presented us with surprise extra work, were tackled in a transparent way wrt extra costs. These were made clear along the way and sensibly charged. The scope included turning around a staircase, building an under the stairs cloakroom, practically rebuild our existing ancient bathroom inc removal of a supporting wall and total bathroom refit, built 3 really tricky custom made staircases , the only way to achieve this in our ancient house with no straight walls and no right angles, installed an en-suite and refurbed 2 bedrooms and a lounge. Max team tackled pretty much every building skill set that I can think of. The work was impeccable and the quality and service superb!!! I have recommended them to all our friends and neighbours and will have them back again soon for extra work.
