Sent email to enquire about having work done to my new Triumph Scrambler. I was told to order the parts online and they would keep the parts there and arrange for my bike to booked in. Ordered the parts immediately which were then sent to my home. Called to ask about booking the bike in only to be told you have to purchase the bike from them. Gutted wish that had been explained in the first email especially after seeing Ollies bike on Sunday
