I had received a gift voucher to Ushvani Spa for Christmas and due to unforeseen circumstances which were medical I was unable to use the voucher because I was in hospital. I contacted the company after the voucher had expired and they refused point blank to make an expectations and try and help with the voucher. I find it utter disgusting and quite frankly money grabbers!!!! Completely unsympathetic
