Dr Maryam Zamani

One star is overdoing it. Arrogant, cold, expensive, churned out info without making you fully understand (because no questions should be asked one the named procedure is barked at you). Spent more time looking/typing on her PC then me. Her treatment plan was rushed through, no explanation, no follow up e-mail/plan for that price and not acknowledging my hesitation for repeating a procedure that I had already done elsewhere and did not go according to plan. She did not even look at my skin up close or under a light, just sat across from me at a table! Waste of money. I really could go on about the conversation I had and the one line answers and statements that were spat out but I really can't cope with going over the self satisfying behaviour I experienced and paid 300 for the displeasure. Just God awful!! REPLY..... Photos were taken at the end of the consult literally on my way out to have on file! I called re follow up e-mail. Was never told anything would be posted to me but was told the names of procedures that was suggested and that I should go look into it, when i pressed on the matter I was then told that the office could possibly send me a link to the procedures which did not materialise! The procedure that was ultimately 'best' was one I did not want to repeat as I had a negative result so I was not heard. And as for the other procedure I was not even shown any before or after pic of results!!!!!! Coincidentally I did receive a letter after I posted this review. Perhaps it was being written during my consult where the attention was directed more towards the PC than me. An e-mail would have sufficed and no mention of a letter being posted by the doctors or her office was relayed on to me even when I was asking for one!

Super friendly staff, lovely reception and seating area, super clean and calm. Her expertise and knowledge shine through & give me confidence I am in very safe hands. She thoroughly explained a treatment I was considering. She also explained what treatments she thought my skin would benefit from that I was not aware of . Highly recommend not only Dr Zamani but her team as well.

The receptionist is very pleasant and welcoming. Michelle was awesome and explained everything to me very clearly. Miss EllieMay was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I heard that Dr Maryam Zamani was the best in London for eye rejuvenation so I knew that I would be in safe hands. My visit exceeded expectations. I was nervous because I have not had any aesthetic treatments prior, but was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. I did not feel any pain and there was absolutely no downtime. I came into the clinic looking very tired and left appearing immediately refreshed - I have had a lot of compliments about how well rested I look. The results are incredibly natural.
