I had a wonderful Ultimate Signature Spa facial with therapist Natasha. Amazing back and shoulder massage followed by a great facial with beautiful Bamford products. I can't recommend this spa enough -its peaceful , beautiful and my therapist was amazing. I will return ! Thanks so much x

Extremely rude personnel at the shop downstairs (the Eastern European lady) - I went into the store to buy a cordless oil diffuser which was on display, I opened it up to see if it accepted universal essential oils and she snatched it away from me like I was stealing the product, the woman was extremely rude and Im sure colour had something to do with it. She then asked me what I was trying to figure out and I said I wanted to make sure essential oils could be inserted directly and she said no they cant - I continued to examine the product that was on display and found that they had inserted essential oil bottle directly so she actually gave me the wrong information - I then said to her this is why I didnt ask for your assistance as its a complex product and not many people would know how the product would work from a technical perspective - obviously she was left gobsmacked as I told her that Id write to Lady Bamford and tell her that her staff need training in how to speak to customers. On the positive side the African lady that was working there was extremely polite and realised she had really made us irate and tried to diffuse the situation but by then it was too late and we walked out of their shop. This lady needs proper training and she needs to understand people of colour are not thieves and that they shouldnt be spoken to in that manner. Im happy to contact the shop if they respond to this review.
