        Would be good if someone actually picked up the phone and sat at the front desk. Had my consult with Dr. Galy this morning and will see him in person. I have passed on my comments re front desk to him and hopefully we will see that improve. After speaking to Dr. Galy about above he has promised to improve front office service.

        Unprofessional.Irresponsible.Worst doctor experience.He takes your money and dissapears,wouldnt even call me back to reply to my medical important question regarding his prescription on HRT! After you pay,you cant reach him.Money trap!
