Quite shabby looking restaurant with old tables and chairs and carpets which have seen better days The sought after view out the windows is nothing special, its literally just the top of residential buildings and a couple of landmarks visible such as Harrods and the Hilton hotel The windows do bring in a lot of light However Half the window is covered by fablon as the window overlooks directly into residential windows The food menu is quite limited, it never used to be, its usually fish and chips , a small slice of quiche and salad which is expensive at 9 or pie amd chips/ salad or soup which is always a bit bland There are also wilted looking salads which are made in the morning and left out all day - surely cling film would solve this ? Freshly cut sandwiches are nice but again I wouldnt eat these past 1 as they are left out all day Nice selection of cakes- usually all around the 3.95 mark The millionaires short bread at 2.35 is delicious A teapot for one actually yields 2.5 cups which is good Restaurant is quite noisy with a lot of places and sauces being cleared up all the time food trolleys being pushed about by staff and general chatter Overall restaurant is good if you are really hungry but I wouldnt come here for food specifically especially as its noisy There is no parking at all in case anyone wondered
