Great local, independent pharmacy, clean, bright and modern interior. Been using it for years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and for a small premises it stocks a wide vatiety of goods. Such a refreshing customer experience compared with the bigger pharmacies on the high street.

Was just treated very rudely by the supervisor whom zid asked to speak to because the woman in the pharmacy had been impolite, interrupting and talking over me. They had made a mistake in stopping a medication without instruction. This was confirmed with GP pharmacy in phonecall just before speaking to Chelsea Green. They had been informed of thus yesterday and the docett boxes were supposed to be dropped off snd the erongly filled out ones picked up. Neither occurred snd there was no call to say so, therefore waited all day for nothing. I should add also that they also have made a few Mistakes in descriptions, such as giving same physical description for 2 different medications that also look different, but never mind. What happened just now was outrageous. I let them know that no one had showed up yesterday. No apology, intact the point was ignored as if had said nothing. I was told that they had no delivery people today or until after the New year. No comment or apology also as to their error in nit including the medication that they'd omitted and which had just been confirmed to be still in the order as it has been for months without sny change to it. There was no cause for confusion. In sny case it is normal good ethics to admit sn error and apologise for it. Again I was tslked over and the woman saying that she had other customers and didn't have time to talk to me. She was also speaking in a hurried way and impatient as if she just wanted to get rid of the call. I asked to dpesk to the supervisor as I told her I fid nit appreciate how she was treating me snd this issue. I had to ask for the supervisor 3 times before the csll passed to her. From the moment she was put on the phone dhe was not interested in snything I had to say and bulldozed me, telling me right off the batt that they were not going to be doing the Dossett for my mother anymore as they didn't have the time. When zi asked why she ssid due to their workload. I asked if this was universal or on their choice. It was the latter. It is not as if there are loads of medications in the Dosett box. I am sure there are others with many more. I asked why her? It was most inconvenient to have to search around for another pharmacy. Again she said it was workload and that she was going to bring conversation to an end. I replied that they had hung up my mother's day waiting for the correct Dassett box due to their error abd now we are expected to pick it up -(that would be me) in the pouring rain and I'm working. I said they had nit even had decency to spokogise snd now were dropping their duty rather than standing by it. Ignoring their Mistakes. She was talking over me the whole time saying she didn't have time to talk to me. I reminded her tgat each and every person is important snd asked how to make a complaint. She said write to the email and it would be forwarded. She expressed no empathy, understanding or consideration whatsoever. I will be making a complaint even though I have little confidence that it will make a difference. Trust has been lost with this pharmacy in any case. They ought to be trained in ethical behavior, ettiwuette snd paying attention to details. They did not care.
