Visited the store recently and I must say I had the best experience ever in a store! I was served by Vasiliki, a very sweet young lady, who helped me buy a scent for myself and my mother. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. At the end I received my complimentary gift which I could not be more pleased! Felt very luxurious and me & my mum left the store happily. Will visit again in my next holidays in London.

I love Jo malone products I always have good customer services everywhere I go but yesterday a Lady called Fenella in Sloane Square was extremely rude, unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was shocked! Avoid that store!! Buy where you are treated as a valued customer!!

Visited the store for the first time couple days ago for my hand and arm massage appointment. The staff were lovely and a young lady named V who did my hand and arm massage was very sweet and knowledgeable about the brand and showed me how I can pair my scents together. She made me feel very comfortable and offered me lime water which was very refreshing. Would definitely recommend!

Recently visited to purchase Velvet Rose & Oud fragrance. Staff were friendly but was told they only had 50ml in stock, when I asked if they had the 100ml in stock at any other store I was told no its sold out everywhere which was disappointing, so I just purchased the 50ml. Later that day I went to Westfield and thought it would be worth it to check if they had the 100ml and they actually had a lot of it in stock to my surprise. I understand staff are not always going to have accurate stock readings from other stores but the woman who told me its sold out everywhere didnt even check anything and responded very confidently so I assumed she knew what she was talking about, I would have preferred to just be told that they didnt know for sure but its worth checking other stores nearby if they didnt know 100% the item was sold out. Purchasing the 50ml because I thought there was no other option caused a big inconvenience as I had to travel to find a free standing store to return the item as Sloan St branch was closed at the time and free standing stores are the only ones that take refunds for some reason. What makes it even worse is realising I wasnt even provided good service, the man who served me at Westfield Jo Malone packaged the perfume in a box with a ribbon and made it look very good, tying a ribbon on the bag nicely and cutting it perfectly. I didnt even receive a box from Sloan St branch, just the perfume bottle with black tissue and the ribbon wasnt tied on the bag properly and came undone. Definitely will not be returning to this branch of Jo Malone.
