The evening 'taster' menu was well balanced with both some intense and subtle flavours and cooked to perfection.
The Sommelier was knowledgeable and explained the wine pairings which accompanied the different plates.
Although not a busy service on the evening we visited, it didn't spoil our enjoyment.
Thank you to the front of house and kitchen staff for making the memories.
