        When I was in London last week, I made an effort to stop by the Chelsea store, hoping to try on a few pieces there, having ordered so many items online in US. The store was disappointingly tiny, and displayed a fraction of items/sizes. The sales people loitered around instead of being pro-active. Don't bother having a physical presence if it only downgrades the overall brand image.

        I booked an appointment during a London trip from Germany. Emma gave great suggestions and brought a wide variety of clothes. She was very friendly and funny and took a lot of time for me. The clothes are not cheap, which is why I did not shop many pieces. I love these I bought and will surely come back again!
