I might run out of superlatives in this review. I've used Maskells for selling and letting our flats for many years and I cannot praise them enough. They are unfailingly helpful, quick to respond, upbeat and generally brilliant. I wish all agents were as fantastic. Gareth Jones excelled by lining up five applicants, three of which offered asking price in the first five days of the house being on the market and one of which completed the deal. He was efficient, punctual, reliable, supportive and achieved my goal. I could not have asked for more in the most uncertain market of Boriss exit, Truss became prime minister and Her Majesty sadly died. Well done Gareth and thank you.

Whilst giving fantastic support to my partner and I, he also mediated between us and the seller with diplomacy and objectivity and worked effortlessly to ensure that both parties were supported equally.
