        Absolutely love this brand! Never know what to choose, every piece is so elegant and unique. This family-run jewellery business always welcomes you warmly in the shop and the customer service is brilliant. Thoroughly recommend!

        Horrible experience from a very unprofessional jewellery designer. Laurence herself doesnt have a clue how to run a business. The designs look good but the quality is bad - workmanship poor and they charge you an extortionate amount to fix things when they say its free. Dont believe them. I was a loyal customer who spent easily over 10,000 in 10 years with LC - never again. There are so many other designers who do the same look and have excellent customer service. Buying a luxury piece of jewellery should be about the whole experience. She clearly needs to go to business school.
