        Decent products but the most terrible system of returns - that can only be done at one branch -despite few others in London! All credits controlled by France only!

        I love Petit Bateau, brand and products; however, there is something fundamentally wrong with the staff at this shop (Kings Road) Bad attitude oozes the moment you walk in. Dare if you asked a question and they treat you as a waste of their time. I had given them the benefit of the doubt after the first bad experience but the same thing happed just today. Absolutely awful and horrible customer service. They are not representing PB in the way they should. Avoid this shop and instead go to Marylebones or Hampsteads.
