Premium store offering the highest quality invites. Service was a bit slow even though I was the only one in the store. Turned out to be well out of my price range.

They charged me 1200 for 25 invitation for my husbands birthday party and when I asked them to pint me another 5 invitations they want to charge me another 289 quid plus VAT for the invitations. They claim that they have to charge me again for the engraving which is a big lie because the original engraving plate was already made and should still be in existence. It is evident that they were trying to rip me off and I will never never recommend this place to anybody!! To add to this review, ever since I wrote this review I have been non-stop harassed by them via email threatening to sue me for online defamation. Even after I asked them to refrain from writing me anymore, they continue to do so which is a violation of my data privacy rights. As a consumer, I believe that I have every right to advise other consumers of the experience from a vendor that I paid in full for their service and product. So if you dont want to be overcharged and then harrassed, I advise you to stay away from this company!!
